1. Laver, éplucher 1 kg de courgettes
2. Dans un litre d'eau mettre 2 cubes de volaille.
3. Cuire vos courgettes durant 30 minutes
4. Ajouter le roquefort (quantité suivant le goût de chacun).
4. Ajouter curry, sel, poivre
