- Laver, éplucher 1 kg de courgettes
- Dans un litre d'eau mettre 2 cubes de volaille.
- Cuire vos courgettes durant 30 minutes
- Ajouter le roquefort (quantité suivant le goût de chacun).
- Ajouter curry, sel, poivre
