- Faire frire dans l'huile les pâtissons (épluchés et coupés en dés), les oignons, l'ail.
- Ajouter les 2 l de bouillon + coriandre.
- Porter à ébullition et laisser mijoter (env 20 mn).
- Mixer, saler, poivrer.
